I went for a walk this morning and spotted yet another American Kestrel soaring beneath the High Level Bridge where i watched it for about 45 min.
amazing to see theses birds...

Hi Chris,

What area of Toledo do you live? The Metroparks are particularly interested in nesting raptors. A pair of kestrels this time of year may indicate a nest in the near future.

A known kestrel nest in this area is particularly rare.
