Baltimore Oriole. A regular visitor.

Looking Back

Each spring brings many Orioles flock to our yard. Until we started putting up feeders of all kinds, we never really noticed any in great numbers.

Now, we have a liquid Oriole feeder, (not far from the Hummingbird feeder.) along with placing several orange halves, which bring them in large numbers. they can't get enough of the orange halves, and we have to replace empty halves often.

This particular Oriole perched right outside our kitchen window, on top of our firewood pile, to rest before going back for more orange.

It looks like a younger bird. It wasn't as wary as most of the other Orioles, so I was able to get some pretty close shots.

ENJOY!!
