The National Center for Nature Photography

The National Center for Nature Photography

The National Center for Nature Photography is the only facility of it's kind in the United States devoted to nature photography.  It is located Secor Metropark

It’s no coincidence that a center like this is located in Northwest Ohio. This is a fantastic area for nature photography.

The center not only has various exhibits of world renowned photographers but also hands on workshops, programs, and group tours. Local and regional artist’s work is also exhibited at various time throughout the year. An annual contest is held every fall for anyone who wishes to enter.  All entries are displayed.

Highly Suggest.......

If you have the opportunity to take advantage of one (or more) of the programs offered through the center TAKE IT!  You will not regret it at all.

If you don't have a passion for nature and nature photography before the program you will when you are finished with the program.  The programs are conducted by Art Weber and Bob Jacksy.  Both men are extremely knowledgeable about nature and photography.  Their enthusiasm is very contagious.

Hours of Operation

The center is open every Saturday and Sunday noon to 5:00 PM and some holidays.
